Nutmeg is not just grandma’s old go-to...it is truly amazing when ground fresh! We wouldn’t use it any other way (you can use a small, fine cheese grater). Delicious in any type of baked goods, grated into creamy soups and sauces, and as a “secret” ingredient in dark sauteed greens.
