Gives that distinctive taste to Italian sausage. Classic and delicious with roasted pork. Great in cole slaw, with carrots, or add to a vinaigrettedressing. Used in Scandinavia in rye breads and sweet pastries. Can also be mixed into soft cheeses and spread on baguette slices...yum!
